Naphsha
Naphsha is the Satano-Grigorist name for the ubiquitous spiritual substance, essence, or life-force that is present in all things but not equally concentrated in all things. It is referred to by the Satano-Grigorist Pocket Guide as "the currency of the spiritual realm," because its manipulation and exchange govern the actions of spirits and the spiritually relevant actions of humans.
In other religions
Concepts similar to naphsha have existed in the spiritual beliefs of most human cultures throughout history. Parallels to naphsha can be seen in the ideas of prana, qi, odyle, and many others.
